Fantastic sum raised at annual Sportsman`s Dinner

Dunfermline Athletic are delighted to announce over £10,000 was raised at Saturday’s 1885 Business Club Sportsman’s Dinner held at the Garvock House Hotel.

Hosted by Jim Leishman, guest speakers included comedian Jim Morrison and Former Liverpool and Republic of Ireland international Jason McAteer, who was interviewed by BBC Sport Scotland`s Brian McLaughlin.

Vice-Chairman, Billy Braisby said: “ Once again we`d like to thank everyone who attended and supported our Sportsman`s Dinner. With over £10,000 raised it`s testament to our fantastic supporters and sponsors of this great football club. Jason, Jim and Brian were first rate and the response to the night has been terrific!

Finally we’d like to thank Rui, Pamela and their team at the Garvock House Hotel for their hospitality and service throughout the evening”.
