This year we're off to sunny Spain

Dunfermline players will fly to Spain on Sunday 8th July for a training camp at La Manga.  Chairman John Yorkston explained that the players would train mornings and evenings to avoid the midday heat.  He said:-

"The break will given Stephen Kenny the opportunity to speak to the players individually and see what their targets are for the season.  It is important to get the players together to train.  No matches are fixed up but if we pick up a game over there great."

The squad will return to Scotland on Friday 13th July.  The first pre season friendly is arranged against Brechin City away the following Tuesday night.
