Fordyce Departs

Dunfermline Athletic can announce club captain, Callum Fordyce will leave the club at the end of his current contract (31 May 2017).

Callum signed for the club in June 2015, and was part of the 2015/2016 League One title winning squad. As every Pars fan knows he suffered a horrific injury, not long into his Pars career, but showed tremendous determination and mental strength to make a full recovery back to fitness. At the same time, he always represented our club, on and off the park, with great dignity and distinction.

It is unfortunately the harsh nature of football that players move on, but everyone at our club, would like to thank Callum for his service to Dunfermline Athletic, and wish him and wife Zoe, all the best for the future.
