Supporters Survey

We would appreciate your input in our Club Survey and have the chance to win a season ticket or signed DAFC shirt.

Data from the survey will be stored on a secure server and respondents will maintain full anonymity. You are free to withdraw from the survey at any time, without providing an explanation.

By completing the survey you will be in with the chance of winning some great prizes including a season ticket for the 17/18 season and a signed DAFC shirt. To be entered into the prize draw, you will need to provide us with an email address on the penultimate page of the survey. The survey should not take longer than 10 minutes.
