Banding together for disabled fans
Wednesday, 11th May 2016On Saturday 1 May, a gig was held at PJ Molloys, promoted by and featuring Billy, along with several other artists.
Leroy Day is an annual charity event run by Billy George (better known to Pars fans as “honk”) to remember Billy’s late friend and bandmate.
Very generously, the promoters have donated ALL the profits from the gig (£923) to Dunfermline Athletic Disabled Supporters’ Club (DADSC), and we are deeply grateful for this fantastic gesture of support. Every pound donated to DADSC brings us another step closer to making the first floor function suites at EEP accessible to the Pars’ wheelchair supporters.
