It's top v bottom on Saturday as Dunfermline travel to meet Darren Dods Brechin City. The Angus club are without a win since beating Stranraer 2-0 on the Saturday before Christmas and they will want to forget the opening game of the league season when the Pars left Glebe Park as 6-1 winners.
Goals from Faissal El Bakhtaoui (8), Michael Moffat (23), Joe Cardle (31), El Bakhtaoui (44), Ryan Wallace (80) had Allan Johnston's team well ahead before David Weatherston got a consolation in 89 minutes only for Josh Falkingham (90) to restore the five goal advantage.
There has now been 47 league matches between the clubs but prior to the 6-1 win, the last victory there on league business had been on 4th January 1994.
The Fifers have won 31, Brechin City 8 and 8 matches have been drawn. The August result also matched the best Pars result in Brechin, a 6-1 win in 1979 courtesy of a Mike Leonard hat trick and goals from Jimmy Mullin, Kevin Hegarty, and Walter Borthwick.

Last week Brechin City netted deep into stoppage time to claim a draw against fellow Scottish League One strugglers Cowdenbeath. Former Par, Chris Kane had headed Cowden ahead but Brechin equalised when David Weatherston found Jonathan Tiffoney for a close-range finish.
Cowdenbeath went ahead again as Dean Brett tucked away a rebound after Ross Caldwell's effort had been saved. Andrew Jackson hit a post before setting up Scott Shepherd to level.
