Geggan haunts Ayr again
Monday, 30th Nov 2015"We have set the marker down now for the league game and it will make it tastier!"
Andy Geggan took his total to five in the twelve games in which he has played for Dunfermline against his former club Ayr United. He talked us through his 22nd minute winner:-
"I didn't used to celebrate them but I do now! The fans were giving me dog's abuse. As soon as I hit it i knew that it was a good strike. I saw it hit the post and had to wait until I knew it was in.
"It was the kind of day to have pot shots especially playing against the wind. You have to hit low shots but I thought we did it well. The tactics went right even though it was a rubbish day for football. You just have to dig these ones out.
