Dunfermline Athletic

DAFC v Brechin City – 5th December 2015

HOSPITALITY - SOLD OUT

Former club captain Scott Wilson will be the special guest in hospitality for the visit of Brechin City.

A tough and composed central defender who joined Rangers in July 1993 from the Ibrox club's youth team. Accordingly the hard tackling centre-back always provided valuable cover for Rangers and Scott made 78 appearances for the Govan club before going to Portsmouth at the end of the 2001-02 season.

Nicknamed "Dinger" from his days at Ibrox, he looked set for a move to England but in August 2002, Scott signed for the Pars. Similar to Barry Nicholson in that he made the decision to leave Rangers for a chance of first team action at Dunfermline. Scott went on to make 250 appearances, scoring 10 goals, for the Pars over 7 years, and captained the club for his final year at the club.

Local fish and chip shop The Brig will be providing the catering for the day. http://www.thebrigfishbar.co.uk/
