Preview Stenhousemuir

Saturday, 19th Sep 2015

This Saturday Allan Johnston's team cross the Forth to play Stenhousemuir.

After last weekend's extremely disappointing defeat to Ian McCall's Ayr United, the team will be out to make amends after losing their place at the top of the division to Forfar.

Last season while Dunfermline have won both their home games 2-0 in September and then 3-2, the 0-1 game at Ochilview in November was the Fifers first defeat there in 30 years.  The March fixture was a 1-0 win for the Pars but after Faissal El Bakhtaoui's 47th minute goal it took a Ryan Scully penalty saved eight minutes from time to secure the points.
