Footgolf for Kit Van appeal

To support the fundraising for the Nelson Kit Van a FootGolf event is being held and a limited edition whisky is also being sold as a fundraising effort.

If you have ever wanted to combine your footballing skills with Golf for a worthy cause then here is your perfect opportunity.

To support the fundraising for the Nelson Kit Van a FootGolf event is being held. The details are:

Date: Sunday 27th September 2015

Venue: Palacerigg Family Golf Centre, Cumbernauld
Time: Registration 9:00 to 9:30am
Tee Off 10.30 (Shotgun start /duration 2 Hours)

It is important that teams register between 9:00 – 9:30am, as a draw will be made for the player/management team member of your team and also your shotgun start hole arrangements.

Format: Teams of 4, including a member of the playing and management team. There is no Age limit and children are welcome to participate in a team.

Cost: £120 per team (this includes the green fees, bacon/sausage roll on arrival, buffet lunch and one soft drink) The fee must be paid in full before the event at the time of registering your team.

Full details including programme for the day, location of the event and dress code will be supplied by email to the nominated lead for each team entered.

Although there is a Dresscode for FootGolf it is not obligatory for this event. Team shirts or even fancy dress will be allowed. Whilst this is not obligatory, it does look like fun and if your team wishes to enter into the full spirit of the event, then please feel free to do so. There will be a prize for the "best dressed" team.

Orders are now being taken for Kit Man limited edition whisky

This latest addition to the range commemorates the 50 years service given to the club by the late Mr Joe Nelson.
Only 50 bottles all individually numbered will be issued on a first come first served basis and are priced at £50

Those who have purchased "The Captain" and "The Manager" are sure to want to complete their set, order quickly they won't last long
