The Pars Foundation and the Celtic FC Foundation are delighted to announce that the Jock Stein 30th Anniversary Dinner – sponsored by Direct Slating Supplies - is now sold out and a waiting list has been set up.
The Dinner will follow the Charity Match at East End Park which features a select side of Dunfermline and Celtic Legends facing off to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the 1961 Scottish Cup-winning manager’s passing.
Already, a growing number of Pars legends have all signed up to play with more names due to be announced shortly.
Proceeds from both events will be split evenly between the respective charitable arms of both clubs, the Pars Foundation and Celtic FC Foundation.
With a 6.15pm for 7.00pm start, the Charity Dinner will take place at the Glen Pavilion in Dunfermline. In attendance, will be the majority of players from both squads together with other key figures from Jock Stein’s career, as well as representatives from the Stein family.
The evening, priced at £50pp, will include a drink on arrival, three-course meal, auction, raffle and Q&A with David Moyes, along with a number of our footballing greats.
