Thursday, 19th Mar 201519/03/15: JP - "We have to worry about our job and try and win games as quickly as we can.
"We have no room for error anymore, we have to start winning games now and see where it takes us. It is what we do that matters, if we can win it puts us against all the teams that are above us at the moment.
"It is important that we have a positive attitude, we have had a good week's training. I have been making the point all week that we need to take that into games. In training it is really loud and lively, aggressive and competitive but they are not taking that out with them on a Saturday.
"We can be too nice on the pitch sometimes on a Saturday while in training it is the total opposite. It is still football; yes there is a bit of pressure on with the crowd and a pitch and playing for points but we have made the point that they have to show what they do every day on a Saturday.
"The basics are the same. That is what we have asked them to do and hopefully they will do that on Saturday. We need to be aggressive when we are tackling, aggressive when we are on the ball to try and go and punish teams when we are pressing the game. We can pass the ball quicker and put balls into the box quicker to make sure the ball is in the net."
Stenhousemuir under Brown Ferguson have not been easy to beat and even in the last match against them, the winner from Andy Barrowman came right at the end.
"They were good against us in the first half here. We managed to turn it around and get the win but it was a difficult game. They have good players, Colin McMenamin is the top scorer in the league, McMullan is a good player who scored against us. We have had them watched and have a good idea how they will play but for me it is all about us going out, bring positive, being aggressive and trying to win the game."
Unbeaten in their last three league games Stenhousemuir have defeated Peterhead and Stranraer in their last two home games. Potter watched Stirling play Stranraer this week and firmly believes that demonstrated just how close all the matches in this league can be.

Apart from Ryan Wallace the Pars manager had a full squad to choose from. Alex Whittle has rejoined training have missed a few days.
The only other item of news was confirmation of the next home match in the SPFL Development League against Dundee which will be played at the Excelsior Stadium, Airdrie on Tuesday 24th March, kick off 2.00pm.
