Wanted: Assistant Operations Manager.
Friday, 23rd Jan 2015Dunfermline Athletic Football Club is looking for a full time Assistant Operations Manager.
An opportunity has arisen for full time employment at DAFC. We are looking for an experienced individual who will have the ability to deliver excellent service within the conference, food, beverage and administration areas of the club.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to have a sound knowledge of the sales and administration functions of conferences and events. You will also need to have the ability to successfully promote and sell the Club’s facilities, as well as match day hospitality. In depth experience in the service of both food and drink is necessary and you must be able to successfully supervise the club's operation; including match day hospitality.
DAFC is a busy venue, not just on match days but also throughout the week. We often accommodate functions such as private parties, dinner dances, weddings, conferences and other food and beverage bookings.
Applicants should have at least the following qualifications:
Personnel Licence Holder
Bar management experience
Computer skills and competent user of the office software
Customer service skills
Sales skills
Basic admin skills
