Dunfermline Athletic FC Volunteers’ Christmas Dinner and Dance
Friday 5 December 2014
Kingdom Suite, East End Park
Dunfermline Athletic has survived due to the efforts of many, many people. The Club would therefore like to invite all those who volunteered in 2014 to come to a Christmas Dinner, with a disco thereafter, for only £15. We would also welcome new volunteers who will pledge to help us in 2015, and might want to chat informally with those who are already doing so. We are delighted that some of the staff will be able to join us, as it has been a massive team effort to bring the football club out of Administration.
The range of volunteering touches every aspect of the Club. Some examples include maintenance work on the stadium, activity in organising the various supporter groups and organisations, through the various Supporters’ Council working parties such as disabled access and heritage, to communications in all its forms, work with schools and young supporters and not forgetting the Board themselves. There are many more. Some involve groups and some individuals. This is a small thank you to you.
Each volunteer is entitled to two tickets, and we hope that as many partners, spouses or friends as possible may attend. We understand that supporting the Pars is often a family affair even if some spouses have never seen a football match! We thank you all for your patience and tolerance.
There will be drinking and dancing. Both Kingdom Suite Bars will be open, with the disco provided by Apollo Disco. Carriages at 12 o’clock.
The Kingdom Suite has full disabled access.
