Preview Peterhead
Saturday, 27th Sep 2014This Saturday is the first ever league match between Dunfermline Athletic and Peterhead.
Saturday is also the Aberdeenshire club's first visit to East End Park in competitive action although they did play a closed doors pre season friendly there a couple of seasons back.

Like the Pars, Peterhead have lost at Forfar, lost to Morton, beaten Stenhousemuir and Airdrieonians, both sides have drawn with Brechin City and while Dunfermline defeated Stranraer, Peterhead dropped points in drawing at home to the team that was promoted out of League Two along with them last season, Stirling Albion. A win for Peterhead would take them above the Fifers who will have an eye on keeping up with league leaders Ayr United.
