Michal Hrivnak
Dunfermline signed Michal Hrivnak in July 2012 on a one year deal. The 6'3" goalkeeper impressed in the pre season friendly at Berwick and was signed three days later on the eve of the Ramsdens Cup tie against Forfar Athletic. Born in Rimavska Sobota in Slovakia, Michal joined from Serie B club Brescia where he was third choice keeper and his appearances were restricted to reserve team level.
Loaned out in season 2011-12 to lower league cluc, Civatanovese, Michal won international honours at U18 level. At the age of 21 year old he was signed to be good back up for Paul Gallacher but then when the Club went into administration and Gall's contract was terminated, Muchal stepped up to fill the jersey.
