Joined Dunfermline for a second term on Friday 23rd January 2004 but missed out on the 2004 Scottish Cup Final because he was cup tied with Kilmarnock.

Season 2004-05 was a torrid one for the Dalgety Bay man. Injury meant that he was out from November and played no further part. A knee operation later and with a lot of devoted training during the summer of 2005 allowed Greg to start the first game of the 2005-06 SPL season. He was rewarded with a 13th minute opening goal at Easter Road on 30th July.

Captained the side in Scott Thomson's season long absence in 2006-07. Always an automatic first choice and will give 100% whether at full back or in central defence. Left the club in May 2009.
