Calum started with Hamish French in the Community football at the age of six!

Signed for Dunfermline since gaining a place with the Under 12's. Local lad and former pupil of Dunfermline High School, he made his reserve debut in season 2004-2005 against Livingston and then went on to play in the reserves four times that season.

Calum hopes to play as many reserve games as possible in the 2006-07 season. Last season he was on the bench for the first team three times and he came on as a substitute in the Pre Season friendlies against Gretna, Cowdenbeath, Carlisle United and Osasuna. With the Pars propensity to pick up injuries it was no surprise when Calum came off the bench into the first team for the CIS Insurance Cup tie at Somerset Park. He scored in the sudden death penalty shoot out that night to keep the Pars in the Cup.

Made his SPL debut the following Saturday (26/08/06) at Pittodrie, again coming on as substitute.
