Skipper looking forward to Petrofac Training Cup tie on Tuesday night.

Andy Geggan is hoping to lead the Dunfermline team out against Raith on Tuesday night in the Petrofac Training Cup. Players and fans alike were all disappointed with the late postponement of the first round tie after a deluge flooded the pitch during the warm up a week past Saturday. Andy never got as far as the kick off and he acknowledged that it was nothing he had ever encountered.

"It was a wee but dramatic. The boys were up for it, raring to go and then it got called off. It was a bit of a setback so we were glad to get the Annan game in."

"The goals gave the boys confidence going into the derby. It could be meaty since I think they have a few players who like to fly in with challenges. Hopefully we can take care of it on Tuesday and although it's Falkirk in the next round for the winner, we will take it one game at a time."
