Proven goalscorer is Jim Jefferies first signing of the summer

League One's top goalscorer, Michael Moffat has joined Dunfermline from League One rivals Ayr United on a two year deal. The striker who scored 27 goals in the season just ended from 39 matches leaves Ayr after three and a half seasons. In total he has made around 150 appearances for Ayr since joining them from Girvan in January 2011. In this time he has hit the net 68 times.
