Ideas Programme Priorities & Your Invitation To Join In

Announcing the immediate priorities and ongoing initiatives, you are invited to contribute to the Ideas Programme

On 14 October 2013, Pars United discussed over 200 ideas from more than 150 fans and the facilitators' fulsome notes from each group allowed us to draw up this list. No ideas have been lost. Some may now be amalgamated, but they will either appear here, if prioritised, or appear in the forthcoming Ideas Log, if pending.

Some initiatives are already progressing and some ideas are already 'shovel ready' so can get cracking immediately. Some of the more complex areas and the longer-term objectives require a scoping group to decide and set out exactly what will be included for delivery and when it will be delivered. So, please be aware you may be required to roll up your sleeves straight away or you may be doing a bit of thinking and investigation to establish and document the scope, i.e. what will be done, when.

Pars United are now building ideas teams to deliver and/or scope the immediate priorities and are inviting everyone to help organise, contribute and participate. Each idea will be placed in the hands of an ideas team and each team will have someone who is accountable (to the interim board), someone who is coordinating, and someone who is communicating progress to all fans and the media.

Don't worry if you've not been involved in this sort of activity before as everyone will be supported and working together with someone else who has, and please remember we're all joining forces for the wellbeing of Dunfermline Athletic.
