Centenary Club Lifeline E mail newsletter
Dunfermline Athletic would like to take this opportunity to apologise to supporters who may have received three separate emails on Thursday 31st October regarding the launch of the Centenary Club lifeline. This was due to a glitch in the Club's database system.
A number of volunteers have worked tirelessly over the last weeks, in their spare time, to create a much needed CRM functionality for DAFC. The intention is to develop a system which groups supporters' data into categories such as Season Ticket holders, hospitality users, Centenary Club members etc to enable personalised information to be sent in future to each category.
Unfortunately, a systems error caused a number of supporters to receive copies of three different mailers including a draft mailer which was sent last week to existing Centenary Club members.
DAFC would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Club are delighted with the initial response from supporters regarding the Centenary Club Lifeline, with the number of applications received in the first 48 hours now over 100 and would encourage as many people as possible to "sign up" to provide a "lifeline" for our new community Club.
