Preview Partick Thistle
Wednesday, 27th Feb 2013Satur
For Thistle Saturday sees the second of three successive away days to Fife. On Tuesday night Cowdenbeath were 2-1 up against the Firhill club when fog caused the match at Central Park to be abandoned. Dunfermline having lost their last four home games badly need to put a stop to this poor home form.

Partick Home Milestones
The Pars defeat to Thistle at East End Park in August was just the third away win for over 29 years but the Pars have failed to win in the last four visits from the Jags. The 10-1 win in 1959 is one of the club's most famous victories, as it prevented almost certain relegation.

Recent Form
Thistle are undefeated in their last five games and although they have 12 at home this season their Achilles heel would appear to be away from home where they have won just two league games and one of those was at East End Park. The Pars started the season with just two defeats in their first 13 league games but have now lost nine of their last 13 matches.
