Following a fantastic effort from the team of volunteers and the ground staff the match will go ahead this afternoon against Livingston FC.

DAFC would like to extend their thanks to all the volunteers who came along this morning to clear the surrounding areas to ensure the match went ahead.

The Gallery Restaurant will be open from 12 noon today for supporters of both teams for pre-match refreshments and snacks.

UPDATE ON PITCH CONDITIONS - SATURDAY 8 A.M..

FURTHER TO LAST NIGHT'S SNOW FALL - KENNY ARNOTT STADIUM MANAGER HAS BEEN AT THE GROUND SINCE 7.30 THIS MORNING AND IS REPORTING THAT THE PITCH HAS A LITTLE SNOW ON IT AND WE NEED ASSISTANCE TO CLEAR THE SURROUNDING AREAS.

HE ASKED FOR VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST THE GROUNDSTAFF THIS MORNING TO HELP CLEAR THESE AREAS TO ENSURE OUR MATCH CAN GO AHEAD TODAY - VOLUNTEERS ARE ASKED TO ARRIVE FROM 9 AM ONWARDS AND TO PLEASE BRING THEIR SNOW SHOVELS WITH THEM

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A FREE TICKET FOR TODAYS GAME
