Preview v Falkirk
Thursday, 4th Oct 2012Pars seeking to emulate record in 2010-11 when they took 10 of the 12 points
Another local derby but this is the one that both sets of fans always consider the biggest. The Pars feel that they have hit form and can`t wait to get to the Falkirk Stadium. Steven Pressley`s team have still to get it together this season. All that against a recent record two years ago in the last season that these teams met, when the Pars were unbeaten with three wins and one draw.

Lying in eighth place, Falkirk look well behind the Fifers but as everybody acknowledges anything can happen in a local derby. Form can go out the window but with the Bairns one win in six as opposed to the Pars one defeat on the last six, confidence is clearly greater in Jim Jefferies` team.
