Preview Aberdeen
Thursday, 24th Nov 2011Time to show Aberdeen that we can play.
With the game in hand against Celtic out of the way its now down to the much more important business of a home win and three points hopefully at the expense of 11th placed Aberdeen. What it will need is 90 minutes of performances that have been coming in just one half of recent matches or as it was on Wednesday night - the final 30 minutes.

The last time the Pars won at East End Park Mark Burchill secured the win with the only goal of the match. That was back in March 2006 but that was the last SPL goal that Dunfermline scored against Aberdeen. In the last ten matches including cup ties Dunfermline have only scored twice against Aberdeen.

With both teams languishing in the lower echelon of the SPL three points will be the ambition of both teams.
