Youths trip to Repton

Dunfermline Athletic Youth players at U13, U14 and U15 along with their coaches enjoyed a fantastic trip to Repton,

Dunfermline Athletic Youth players at U13, U14 and U15 along with their coaches enjoyed a fantastic trip to Repton, Derbyshire in August. The Club was invited down by organiser Tom Statham to take part in the relaxed festival amongst a host of clubs from England and Ireland. The young Pars took part in a total of 14 matches of 20 minutes each way, spread over the four days.

Head of Youth Stephen Wright who accompanied the party said :-

" We were delighted to be invited to this excellently run festival by Tom. The facilities, accommodation and meals for the players was first class. These trips are so important for young players to experience playing against top teams and to sample being away from home living and eating with their team mates. I was also delighted with the players conduct and the professional manner they displayed whilst representing the club. Hopefully this could be an annual trip for our young players"
