100 strong pipe band visit the Pars as part of their Jubilee Tour of Scotland

The Can-Am Pipes and Drums from Canada and North America visited East End Park on Saturday as part of their Jubilee tour of Scotland.

Thomas Moffat of Visit Dunfermline has been instrumental in organising the pipe band's visit to Dunfermline along with the Romanes Media Group, First Scottish and Fife Council.

The 100 strong band started their tour of Dunfermline at Pittencrieff Park before heading to the Pars stadium later in the day.

DAFC Director Jim Leishman was there to welcome them and commented, "we were delighted to have the Can-Am Pipes and Drums visit East End Park, it was a really brilliant day with brilliant people!"
