Dunfermline Athletic FC and the SPL Trust are now recruiting for year 2 of Football Fans in Training. Although for DAFC this will be the first year its been able to allow its fans to get involved following its return to the SPL .
DAFC are delighted that we have now signed up 44 people for this programme.
Registration is closing for ALL Football Fans in Training courses at DAFC in 2011 and 2012. So if you are a man aged 35-65 who wants to get fit and get in shape with DAFC coaches, make sure you don't miss out on this FREE course by calling 0800 389 2129, texting FFIT to 88802 or visiting www.spl-ffit.co.uk today.
FFIT is a 12 week course aimed at tackling men's health problems across all the SPL Clubs. Each session combines dietary and healthy living advice alongside physical activity at DAFC.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with your Football Club and help yourself live a healthier life. The programme is open to men aged between 35-65 who fit any of these criteria:
- BMI of 28+
- - Belly 40 inches +
- Trouser waist size of 38 inches +
A previous FFIT participant with another SPL club said, 'The course was great - full of guys like me. I've felt more energetic and much better in myself. For the first time I can see myself carrying on with weight loss and an active, healthier lifestyle.'
