Dunfermline Athletic Football Club would like to urge fans attending this Saturday's match against Falkirk not to enter the playing surface at any point during the game.

In the event of a pitch invasion on Saturday, 7th May 2011, after the match there may be no trophy presentation.

DAFC Stadium Manager and Safety Officer Kenny Arnott commented, "After events on Saturday at Greenock Morton's stadium Cappielow Park, and the subsequent discussions on the internet between DAFC supporters, we do not want a repeat of the pitch invasion. If there are any post match pitch invasions we may be forced to cancel the trophy presentation in the interest of public safety and the safety of both the DAFC and Falkirk players."

"DAFC's Open Day is on Sunday 8th May from 12-4pm, where fans will have a great opportunity to walk around the pitch and celebrate the club winning the 1st Division."

Tickets are still available for Saturday's match against Falkirk, at East End Park with a 3 p.m. kick off, however they are selling fast with some areas of the ground already sold out, including the Norrie McCathie, North West and Main Stands.
