Manager Post Falkirk
Tuesday, 15th Feb 201115/02/11: JM - "We had a few stramashes in both boxes, penalty claims and both sets of players gave it everything making it a good game for the fans to watch.
Jim McIntyre didn't consider his team did enough to win this derby match:-
"It was a rip roaring derby; Falkirk were the better side in the first half. I thought we started the game quite well but they took control of it, winning more second balls and we weren't pleased at that. We got the right reaction.
"When you go a goal down after missing a great chance to score ourselves it's a sucker punch when they go up the other end and score. A draw was a fair result, I don't think we can complain about the result at all. Credit to the lads - losing a goal with ten minutes to go shows that fighting character that they have in abundance.
"Both teams could have won it in the end, there were skirmishes in both boxes. A draw was fair because they were better than us in the first half, we picked it up second half and it was end to end at times - it was a very open game. We had a few stramashes in both boxes, penalty claims and both sets of players gave it everything making it a good game for the fans to watch.
"It was a fantastic turnout from the fans and both sets were excellent which makes it a great game for players to play in."
