Preview Queen of the South
Wednesday, 8th Dec 2010The Pars have won seven of the last twelve league meetings including the last game at East End Park in March but Dunfermline have failed to score against Queens in the last two league matches.
Although very dependent on the successful snow clearing exercise currently underway, Dunfermline hope to welcome Queen of the South to East End Park this Saturday. Both sides had byes in the Scottish Cup and are without games since Saturday 13th November. The weather took its toll on the Dumfries sides Challenge Cup Final v Ross County, last Saturday`s fixture against Stirling Albion and the re-arranged fixture at Firhill on Tuesday. Dunfermline have seen three attempts to play Cowdenbeath and their home match against Thistle postponed because of the wintry weather.
