Preview Stranraer
Thursday, 27th Feb 2014Of the eight matches Stranraer have only won once. The Pars have won four of their last five matches.
This Saturday its Stranraer re-visited. The first trip to the south west was wet and wild so hopefully the weather will be a bit more settled but we will take the same result. As closest play off contenders in terms of points a win would put further distance between the clubs and so the Pars target a win to increase the points gap to 20.

Stranraer came close to taking the scalp of Inverness Caley Thistle in the Scottish Cup when they went to Stair Park at the start of the month but their last home win was against Ayr United on 4th January. Indeed of the eight matches since then they have only won once. The Pars have won four of their last five matches and have beaten Stranraer three times this season, albeit on every meeting it has been a closely contested game.
