DAFC Year End Accounts May 2012

Accounts for the period 1/6/11 to 31/5/12

The statutory accounts for Dunfermline Athletic Football Club Limited (DAFC) for the year ended 2012 were recently approved by the company's auditors. A great deal has happened to the Company since 31 May 2012.On 11 April 2013, Bryan Jackson and Robert Barclay were appointed as Joint Administrators; on 15 October 2013, Pars United CIC acquired the holding of 93.6% of the Company's share capital which was held by the Joint Administrators; and, on 13 December 2013, the Company came out of administration.

The company's audited accounts were already overdue before DAFC entered administration in April, and despite the company successfully coming out of administration in December, we are still legally obliged to prepare these financial statements. It is also a requirement of the Club's SFA Licence that these accounts are prepared, which will also be the case for the 2013 year end accounts.

DAFC shareholders and supporters should note that these figures are entirely historical and have no relevance to the current trading position of the company following administration.
