DAFC can confirm the signing of defender Jonathan Page from Morton on a deal until the end of the current season.
Jonathan Page is a central defender who will be 24 years old next month. Born in Winchester, Jonathan arrived in Scottish football at Motherwell where he made his debut for them in the Europa League match versus Llanelli in July 2009.
In February 2010 Page was loaned out to Stirling Albion until the end of the 2009-10 season. He scored his first senior goals scoring twice against East Fife in a 3-0 win for Stirling and helped The Binos to the Second Division title. Returning back to Fir Park for the following season, Jonathan again experienced European football and scored the third goal in the 3-0 win over Norwegians, Aalesunds.
In September 2012, with first-team opportunities limited, Page went on a one-month loan to Hamilton and that became a permanent move. Played against Dunfermline and several of his new team mates while at Hamilton last season. In June 2013, Page signed for Morton and started in 12 of his fifteen appearances for the 'Ton.
