Chairman's call

Save the dates: Wednesday 7th May, Saturday 10th May

On behalf of the interim board I would like to congratulate the management and players for having secured second place in the league with three games left to play. This is a magnificent achievement when one considers the circumstances under which we entered the league programme.

Also I would like to thank all our fans who have provided such wonderful support for the team home and away throughout the season. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say that we couldn't have done it without you.

However, we are now about to embark on yet another major challenge as we are about to enter the playoffs. When we consider the many challenges that we have dealt with over the past year I have no doubt that the Pars Management, Team and Fans will successfully deal with this one.

We, the fans, need to be the clubs 12th man on the 7th and 10th of May no matter who our opponents are. During the next 3 weeks we all need to redouble our efforts to find those Pars fans who for whatever reason have not been coming along to support their team and ask them to join us at these games in May.

Let us boost our chances of success by having a large vocal crowd supporting our team in what will be two of the most important games in our clubs illustrious 129 year history.
