After a pitch inspection by match referee at 12.15pm this afternoon's match has been postponed.

Freezing temperatures overnight meant that the area of the park shaded by the Main stand remained frozen..

Manager Jim McIntyre commented after referee Steven Nicholls made his decision:-

"We are very disappointed that we have just been caught out by the weather. The weather forecast didn't say that it was to go as low as that. We are extremely disappointed because we trained on the pitch yesterday and it was fine.

"I am doubtful if we can train at Pitreavie this afternoon. We will go down and have a look, if not we will not be able to do anything. We have provisionally set a date to play this game on Tuesday but the weather has to be the same again. We will need to wait and see."
