Update: 10.45am Saturday morning:- with the undersoil heating on since Thursday, East End Park is now green and being rolled in preparation for this afternoon's match. The groundstaff removed the snow from the pitch this morning and the undersoil heating proved to be effective.
Snow has been cleared beyond the touchlines and no pitch inspection is planned. The stands and entrances have been gritted and there should be no concerns for the safety of fans within the stadium.
Main roads in the Dunfermline area are now clear of the small covering of snow this week and transport is as normal as it can be given that it is the last Saturday before Christmas.
It's pay at the gate game and it's a Kids for a Quid game with all children under 18 getting in for ONLY a £1. Last time Caley Thistle came to town it was a cracking game and there's nothing to doubt that this afternoon's match will not be another entertaining affair. Come along to East End Park!
If there are any further announcements or developments they will be made on this site.
