Sky Sports News has revealed that the IRN-BRU Phenomenal Award winners have been named for the month of November. A judging panel consisting of representatives from the Scottish media decided that Pars boss would be the First Division's recipient.

Dunfermline were unbeaten in November but they only played two games!  A 2-1 win at Starks Park and a 3-1 home win over Partick Thistle continued the Pars good record. The third match in November should have been against Queen of the South but rain postponed that until 1st December but justification for the award was a belated 2-1 win in Dumfries as well.

Jim McIntyre's team are unbeaten since September and have now gone eight matches undefeated - their best run since 1999.  Although well worthy of the trophy, the Manager not surprisingly paid credit for his recognition to the players and coaching staff:-

"It is all about players isn't it?  They deserve great credit, also the backroom staff have been superb from Gerry down to the kit man, the award is for everybody. We are really pleased but it is only December so let's keep our feet on the ground."
