Dunfermline are paired with the winners of the tie between Stenhousemuir and Cove Rangers

The Pars will play the winners of the outstanding Third Round tie between Stenhousemuir and Cove Rangers.  Their match on Saturday was abandoned at half time due to fog.  The score was 1-1, Cove Rangers' Watson have hit a 42nd minute equaliser.  The re-arranged date for their match is Saturday 5th December.

Dunfermline played Cove Rangers in January 1995 when the Pars won through 4-0 at the Aberdeenshire ground. Stenhousemuir have been paired with Dunfermline on four previous occasions and they have won through to the next round on all but one.  The last time the teams met was on 29th April 1986 when a 0-0 draw was sufficient to win the league and the Fifers promotion from Division Two.

The draw for the Scottish Cup 4th Round Draw was made at Hampden on Monday 30th November.  It is as follows:-
