Preview Clyde
Thursday, 7th May 2009Clyde`s last win at East End Park was more than 35 years ago, 22 visits back on 16th March 1974.
Relegated Clyde are the opponents for Dunfermline`s final match of the season. Manager Jim McIntyre has said how disappointed he is to see any team relegated. "You feel for the players and the management, it is never nice. John Brown and Dougie Bell and his staff have always been first class opponents and great football people. It is sad to see them going down."
Clyde were the visitors last December for Jim McIntyre`s first match as caretaker manager and the last league game against the Bully Wee at East End Park was a classic 4-4, a real heart stopper for the managers.
"Clyde were excellent that day and we scored some great goals ourselves. Against them at Broadwood we put in probably one of our best performances of the season, we played really well. Hopefully we can put that kind of performance in again to finish off the season on a high."

Recent Form
Dunfermline`s home form has been their weakness this season but another victory on Saturday would at least end the season well. The Pars have won their last three league matches but two of those were away from home at Dingwall and Dumfries. Clyde defeated Dundee 2-0 at Broadwood last Saturday but that was too late to affect their fate.
