26/04/09: ""They are good players, it's just that they underperformed today.

Jim McIntyre said after the Semi Final knock out at the hands of Falkirk that he felt that it was an opportunity missed:-

"We just didn't do enough in the game and we didn't show enough bravery when we got into one on one situations to go and commit Falkirk's back line.  There was too much safe passing, not enough speed in our play to take a man on and go and create something for your team.  We didn't have that  today.

"I thought the youngsters froze a little and didn't handle the occasion quite as well as I expected them to.It was their first time here and it was an experience for them.

"They are good players, it's just that they underperformed today.  The first goal was always going to be crucial but to go and lose it from a set play was really disappointing. It was just a poor individual error."

"It is very hard to take but the bottom line is that you have to learn from these experiences and hopefully get yourself back here again."
