Dunfermline Athletic Manager, Jim McIntyre has been named First Division manager of the month for September.

Macca received his Irn Bru award after the Pars unbeaten month during which they climbed to third place in the league and claimed the scalp of St Mirren in the Co-operative Insurance Cup Third Round.

Dunfermline, with only ten men drew at Dundee, defeated Ross County 3-1 and drew 1-1 against Morton. In their first game of October they won 2-0 at Broadwood.

Everyone at the club is delighted with this achievement and congratulated Jim and his team.
