Homecoming Scottish Cup Draw means Pars will meet Falkirk, if they can overcome Aberdeen at Pittodrie

The draw for the Semi Final of the Homecoming Scottish Cup was made at Ibrox on Sunday 8th March. Should Dunfermline come out on top in the Quarter Final replay against Aberdeen they will face Falkirk.

The other semi final will see Rangers play St Mirren.

The semi finals will be played on the weekend of Saturday 25th April and Sunday 26th April.

Dunfermline have been drawn against Falkirk on only three previous occasions in the Scottish Cup. Twice Falkirk progressed - in 1997 and 1936. The Pars progressed after a replay in 1974. Strangely the pair have only met three times before in the League Cup and in that competition the Fifers are unbeaten having won two and drawn one. Their last meeting in this cup was on 22/10/02.
