Saturday 21st February saw the launch of our ex-players club at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club.

After several successful meetings between Wilma Cameron (DAFC), Bob Storie (Committee), Chris Wishart (Committee and sponsor), Roy Barry (Committee and ex-player), and Bonar Mercer (Ex-player) we are pleased to launch this initiative, which brought together 20 ex-Pars at the game on Saturday against Ross County.

Wilma Cameron, Commercial Director of DAFC, was delighted at the launch of this club, she said "We are all very excited about getting this club off the ground and progressing on behalf of DAFC and the former players."

The ex-players who will be attending every DAFC home game will circulate throughout all 5 match day suites including the Kingdom Suite, and Legends. This scheme is an expansion of another scheme, which has been in place for over 3 seasons now, which has seen at least one ex-par in the Kingdom Suite at every home game.

The Ex-Players Club gives DAFC supporters an unique chance to see some of their favourite players from past decades right from the golden years in the 60s to Bert Paton's era in the 90s, especially now that the players will be visiting all the suites before and after the games.
