Livingston have only won all three of their league games since losing 2-0 to St Johnstone on the opening day of the season. On Tuesday night they got revenge on the Perth men with an extra time win at Almondvale in the Co-operative Insurance Cup. Dunfermline`s story would have been similar had they managed to put the ball past Airdrie United last Saturday. The Pars lost at Thistle on day one but followed that by wins over Queen of the South and St Johnstone.
