A party of 19 players will fly to Munich on Friday and then be bussed on to Gesellschaft MBH, Obertraun in Austria for a one week training camp. Manager Jim McIntyre is delighted to be able to take his team to such a marvellous facility.
"It is the perfect place to take them, it is just idyllic and the training pitches are quality. Preston are there at the same time as us and Motherwell go after us."

The Pars will play Ukrainian team FC Metalurh Zaporizhya at 4.00pm on Sunday and then Romanian side CFR Timisoara on the Wednesday. (Venues will be posted here when known.)

Steven Bell will remain in Dunfermline to re-habilitate after his cartilage operation. He is described to be settling down well after the surgery but will be out for six weeks. Greg Ross too, is about two months away from being back to full fitness.
Scott Wilson continues as Club Captain with Stephen Glass as Vice Captain.
Jim McIntyre admits that he would like to add three more players yet to the first team squad. He says it is up to the players:-
"Most of the players we have targeted are with clubs and under contract. There is the option of getting some loan players in but you are relying on their club for if and when."
Training has been going well and Jim McIntyre felt it was obvious that his players had been doing their bit during the close season.
"They have all come back in decent shape. Now its our job to get them up to the level that is required for the opening league game."
