Scottish U19s coach Archie Knox took a look at Dunfermline's U19 goalie.

Dunfermline's 16 year old goalkeeper Greg Paterson made his first Scotland appearance at Under 19 level on the afternoon of Wednesday 6th September at Firhill.

The opposition was Iceland and he successfully kept a clean sheet for the first 45 minutes during which he was called into make some important saves. Greg was substituted at half time to allow youth teams coach Archie Know the chance to assess his other goalkeeping options. Iceland went on to win 2-1.

Greg was capped nine times for Scotland at U16 level and to date eight times at Under 17 level.
