In attendance from the start of the match stunned fans could not believe their luck when he walked into the stadium to view the match! Sir Sean was on excellent form taking time out before the match and at half time giving autographs, signing shirts and having his photograph taken with local fans.

As a child Sean Connery supported Dunfermline Athletic. His grandparents lived in Lassodie by Kelty and when visiting them Sir Sean attended many Dunfermline Athletic matches getting the bus between Lassodie and Dunfermline.
