A Lifeline welcome to John Hughes
Wednesday, 17th Nov 2021An update from the Centenary Club Lifeline
The Centenary Club Lifeline (CCL) are delighted to extend a warm welcome to our new Manager, John Hughes. It is always difficult when Managers have to change and we would also take this opportunity to note our thanks to Peter Grant, it was very unfortunate that things did not work out for him, as expected. We wish him all the best for the future.
John Hughes started his new job officially on Monday and his appointment has not surprisingly generated much hope for better times, especially after getting that elusive first win in Inverness on Saturday. What a relief! We can now hope that once John gets properly stuck into his new role, we will see a steady climb up the league table into more familiar territory.
We would also like to thank all our Lifeline members who have stuck by the club in recent months ensuring the “financial lifeline”, that we all provide, has continued during these turbulent times. Indeed, it would be great welcome back the handful of members who ended their subscriptions in protest at recent performances on the park.
The Lifeline contribution to our football club is unmatched by clubs of similar size and ensures that the connection between the club and the fans continues to be strong.
Come on ye Pars!
